BOO! LOL! Hey creeps...and Happy Sunday! Today I am OFF to watch A Nightmare on Elm Street with young Miss LV. She doesn't really wanna watch it...but I'm making her...lol. Yes I know...what a bad mom right? I know it's not real horror...but it's the best I can do right now. Real horror would be watching more morbid stuff like Faces of Death...now that's something I would never push her to watch. I even got rid of my VHS tapes when she was born so none of my kids would ever have to watch that...that's beyond horror. Anywho...I hope I like it! This new "Freddy" I'm if'ish about...there's NO ONE like Robert Englund! We'll see though cause I was always creeped out just by Jackie Earl Haley's face...lol...remember him in the Bad News Bears?
So...watch for a card in all Elm Street inspired fashion and my review this coming week! I already have ideas who to use for "Freddy"...lol.
Here's a song that makes me think of Freddy Krueger. It's Keep Awake by Jackson Rathbone's band...100 Monkeys!
Check out the lyrics...LMAO!!!

1,2,3,4
I will kill you when you're asleep
So you better try try to keep awake (x4)
So...keep your left eye open
and your right toe twitching
Cause I'm in the kitchen
with a knife that's itching
for your red blood
on those white sheets (x2)
I will kill you when you're asleep
So you better try try to keep awake (x4)
So...keep your left eye open
and your right toe twitching
Cause I'm in the kitchen
with a knife that's itching
for your red blood
on those white sheets (x2)
I will kill you when you're asleep
So you better try try to keep awake (x3)
I will kill you when you're asleep
So you better try
Try and keep awake......

I hope you enjoy the movie....I know filling Robert Englund's shoes will be hard, but I really like Jackie Earl Haley! It was so cool to see him in Watchmen last year - I had a crush on him when I was a kid and he was in The Bad News Bears! Him and Tanner - loved the "bad boys" even then!
I couldn't listen to the song you put on because you had The Dope Show playing and I just couldn't being myself to turn it off!! Love MM in his glitter phase! :-)Traci
